Mark H. Sobel, Chair of the firm’s Family Law Department, will moderate and lecture at the “2023 Jeffrey P. Weinstein Family Law Summer Institute,” to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Family Law Section on Tuesday, July 25 and Wednesday, July 26, 2023. 

Greenbaum attorneys The Hon. Michael R. Casale (Ret.), Robert B. Hille, Frank A. Louis and Barry S. Sobel will also speak at the event, which will be held at the New Jersey Law Center from 9:00am – 4:30pm each day.  The Family Law Institute is a two-day full immersion into all aspects of family law practice.

Mr. Sobel concentrates his practice primarily in the area of family law and with an emphasis on the representation of high net-worth individuals.  He provides counsel across all aspects of family law, including prenuptial agreements, separation and divorce proceedings, the distribution of property and other marital assets, spousal and child support, custody and relocation. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney.

Judge Casale focuses his practice on mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences and discovery management. He has extensive experience in the areas of family law, personal injury and insurance defense, which he brings to bear in his representation of clients in complex family and civil disputes.  

Mr. Hille focuses his practice in litigation, with a particular emphasis on trial advocacy. His areas of concentration include insurance, healthcare law, professional liability and ethics, and white-collar criminal matters, including those related to professional ethics.

Mr. Louis has been broadly recognized by his peers as a preeminent member of the New Jersey family law bar. Mr. Louis represents clients in all aspects of divorce including asset distribution, child support and alimony, with the goal of achieving a negotiated result but, when required, a fair result after trial.   

Mr. Sobel focuses his practice primarily on the representation of clients in complex matrimonial litigation. His work encompasses a broad range of issues, including those related to divorce, spousal and child support, custody, domestic violence, cohabitation, retirement, and child relocation.
