Partners Robert J. Flanagan III and Steven G. Mlenak will participate in an interactive livestream session hosted on Zoom by the Community Associations Institute New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ) as part of its Virtual Conference & Expo. Mr. Mlenak will participate in the January 21, 2021 livestream session being held from 9:30am - 10:30am.

The livestreams will run through March and will allow CAI-NJ members to interact directly with Greenbaum attorneys and other virtual exhibitors on COVID-19 protocols and other trending topics of interest.

Mr. Mlenak, member of the firm's Community Association Practice Group, maintains a strong practice in the area of community association law, providing strategic guidance and general counseling to condominium and homeowners association clients across a broad range of legal issues. His work encompasses the interpretation and amendment of governing documents and by-laws, drafting contracts, collection of delinquent assessments, the enforcement of rules and regulations, operational and maintenance issues, the fiduciary responsibilities of board members, transition negotiations and litigation, Municipal Services Act compliance, and alternative dispute resolution.
