Glenn P. Prives, a partner in the firm’s Healthcare Department, will be a participant in the virtual roundtable discussion “Challenges & Opportunities: Exit Transactions?!,”  to be presented by Withum’s Physician and Health Services Practices on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm.

Mr. Prives will join Withum Physicians Practice Leaders Stephanie Maresca and Scott Mariani, among others, for this informal program, which will address a variety of concerns and challenges faced by physician practices. He will review the legal ‘ins and outs’ of a physician practice private equity transaction, including potential pitfalls and negotiating tips. He will answer questions based on his experience as an advisor to parties on both sides of healthcare private equity deals and other strategic transactions.

Mr. Prives concentrates his practice in the areas of healthcare and corporate law.  His experience on behalf of healthcare industry clients encompasses hospital-physician alignment, mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, alliances, strategic transactions, joint ventures, recruitment matters, the drafting and negotiation of contractual agreements, healthcare information technology issues, integrated delivery systems (population health) and clinical integration matters.
