The first program in the series, “The Legal Foundation for Advance Directives and POLST in Light of Bioethical Principles,” will be presented on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm.

Objective: This webinar will examine how the fundamental bioethical principles related to end-of-life options under New Jersey law are woven into the development of the Advance Directive, related Medical Power of Attorney/Proxy, and formulation of the POLST paradigm, including the overlap, differences and potential limitations of these tools.
