Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Punam P. Alam and Charles J. Vaccaro have joined the firm as associates.

Punam P. Alam is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice in litigation, with a particular concentration in the area of employment law. She also assists in the handling of matters involving claims of public entity liability.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Alam was a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law.  In that capacity, she handled a full caseload of complex employment litigation matters, including claims related to violations of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA).  Ms. Alam is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Charles J. Vaccaro is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation.  His experience encompasses various areas of civil litigation at both the state and federal level, including contract and business disputes, employment law, insurance coverage, consumer fraud, real estate and personal injury matters.  As an appellate law clerk, Mr. Vaccaro gained familiarity with complex forms of litigation and court procedure, as well as valuable insight into the judicial perspective and decision making process.  This experience enhanced his ability to successfully represent clients in any forum.  Mr. Vaccaro is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
