Ann M. Waeger's program will explore a variety of key techniques and strategies to provide insights into environmental insurance policies and the acquisition and claims process. 

Greenbaum Real Estate partner Ann M. Waeger, will addresses the attendees at the ACREL Annual CLE Meeting with the presentation, “Sharpest Tool in the Shed - Really!: Using Environmental Insurance to Manage Risks,” which will provide an overview of the current environmental insurance market and available coverage, as well as strategies and practical tips for the negotiation of policy terms.

Emily A. Kaller, a partner in the Litigation Department of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, will speak at a Middlesex County Bar Association seminar on “Gender Bias in the Legal Profession.”

Robert S. Goldsmith led an interactive session on “Urban Revitalization and Redevelopment,” a program that examined issues in urban renewal that affect appraising professionals, including the benefits and challenges of redevelopment, municipal support and partnerships, incentives, aging infrastructure, eminent domain, density, mixed-use developments, parking structures, and the coordination of redevelopment programs in designated special improvement districts.

Barry S. Goodman, a partner in the Litigation Department in Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, will be a presenter at the upcoming NAIOP NJ seminar on, “Advanced Ethics for Commercial Real Estate Brokers/Salespersons.”

On Thursday, May 11, 2006, professionals from three eminent firms servicing the commercial real estate industry, including partner Christine F. Li, presented a two hour seminar, “Residential, Commercial and Mixed Use Developments: Opportunities in Today’s Real Estate Market,” at the Woodbridge Hilton.

The firm recently hosted this program, featuring GRS&D attorneys Robert S. Greenbaum, Alan S. Naar and J. Warren Wood, to inform the business and legal communities of the evolving uses of alternative dispute resolution tools, such as arbitration, mediation and mini-trials, to decrease the costs and disruption of disputes in the workplace.
